Sources & method
Who says what, what it covers, and what remains unknown.
Branch-specific public evidence
Research was checked on 6 October 2026, using the supplied operator websites, City of Melbourne listings and Visit Victoria context. Source URLs, publishers, checked dates, unknown publication dates and supported claims are retained on profiles. No new investigation or outreach is claimed.
Attribution is not certification
Operator-reported certification language remains an operator assertion. Zero certificates have been independently inspected or validated. Full-menu, selected-item and meat-only scopes are distinct. Unknown pork or alcohol policies do not mean absence.
Limited-scope branches
YOI has halal-supplier meat reported by the city guide, but cooking wine in several dishes; beverage policy is unknown. Sinjeon has guide-reported halal-supplier beef/chicken, pork products with separate utensils, and a city listing advertising soju and beer. Neither is represented as full-menu halal. Dolan has meat-only evidence. Shared surfaces, equipment, sauces and cross-contact controls remain unverified; ask about the exact order.
Selection, photographs and maps
Seven distinct operators have supplied factual reasons based on documented dishes and location variety, not personal taste or rankings. No Top 10 claim is supported. A photo can appear only with active branch-specific permission, dated licence evidence, credit, a safe HTTPS URL, positive dimensions and captions in both languages. No such photos are currently supplied. Maps show a city view with 0 of 9 branch pins; addresses and directions are provided instead.
